All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Cla Bonita Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages marked as delivered but not received. If you believe your package has been lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
